Suede decided today that she was not really 11 yrs 4 mos old and she wanted the world to know it. She jumped like a champion..  She kicked Mile's ass cause...she could:)  She posed for her beauty shots to show her girlish figure.  She thought a portrait was a nice touch.  And she ran like a pup.  Thanks for letting me brag on my old queen of the house. |

Very impressive looking gal. No saggin in this girls be hind !! Got alot of spring in her step too lol. Do you give anything in the way of supplements for her joints ? Or is she just so awesome she doesnt need any?? lol Im hoping shes got awesome genes ! She can sure move great !
She looks so much like my RIP girl ( except my RIP girl was a bit...ummm fluffier ! lol )

Having met Suede, I can tell you guys she is AWESOME for an old gal. She sure keeps the younger ones in line too...LOL

Great photos !! and those of us who have been blessed with several decades of dobe ownership - the pups are special - but to me its my seniors that have the biggest piece of my heart.
All old dogs will eventuallty die of something - but it seems today too many of our dogs are not living long enough to enter their senior years - which makes Suede all the more special.
I agree with DeDe I have a matriarch bitch who is out with each young bunch *LOL* and there is no better teacher than an OLD Alpha Bitch *LOL* (any resemblance to this remark is purely coincidental *LOL*)

DeDe must have told u about me..that is why the alpha bitch comment...I know it...llllloooollllll.
Suede is very energetic and determined. She makes me laugh the way she kicks ass with the others. Miles outweighs her by at least 25 lbs and she just whomps his ass. Sometimes I feel sorry for him..nah not really!
