NCSU PAYMENTS: NEW INFORMATION 6/13/2011
Thank you for your patience while we moved our lab and set up our payment structure! We will no longer be billing but effective immediately we ask that you please use our easy campus credit card web site:
NCSU Credit_Card_Payment (it is https secure)
Once on the web site you will be asked:
Company Name--- this can be your kennel, cattery or even your last name
Contact Name-- your name
Payment Purpose: Cardiac Genetics YOU MUST WRITE CARDIAC GENETICS in this required field for us to match up your payment with your tests*************
The rest of the form should be similar to others you have used hopefully
Finally, if you have sent payment already by check or credit card, or are waiting for billing, that is fine! All of those are acceptable. We just ask that in the future we go with this new method.
Also All tests are now the same price---$51.00
As many of you know, we made a big move this month and are now proud to be located here at the North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine. All of our research and testing services will continue but please be patient while we rebuild our website! Our ongoing research projects (Sphynx, golden retriever, Rottweiler) studies are ongoing as they have been and we will post this information very soon.
Holter services are also still offered as well, but we have moved the request forms and other Holter information to our NCSU Cardiac Care Network website: You will find other very interesting cardiology information on the NCSU Cardiac Care Network site as well so please stay and browse for a bit!
