Ranger is now 6 months old, his lower baby canines fell out last month, his upper baby canines are still in alongside his adult canines that are growing in. At this point the baby canines aren't affecting the adult canines growth or alignment. Just wondering at what point should we think about getting the upper canines removed if they don't come out soon on their own?

If you see ANY interference with the adult canines, pull them! Otherwise, just watch and be patient. Sometimes it takes quite a while before they decide to give it up...LOL

Susan - Lestat did not loos his upper canines until he was 9 months old - Just as I was getting worried one came loose and then the other one did. I made sure he had very hard things to chew on - bones and antlers - that was the only thing that loosened thos baby canines.
be patient but like DeDe said if you see the first even HINT that the permanent canines are being affected have them pulled

Had the same problem with Lilly. Our vet told us to just be patient, and true enough they came out by themselves just before Christmas - and she was just a little more than 7mo.

The better question for me is how can you say a dog is Wobbler Free by Parentage?

Check them every morning and night in no way should they interfer with the perminent teeth. If their not gone by 8.5 months and their solidly in there I take them out. I don't mess around with a dogs canines I want them strong, white and sharp. Von
