Looks like the task is learned and the marker and treats can be lost and replaced by praise and team work. Try sit stay and you go put one in the box then he does one. Teach team work and companionship with praise and affection. Your dog has drive for foods but remember the best dogs work for their bond through companionship, so begin to work that in. When thats understood you could also train for NOT accepting food from strangers, thats a key for excellant home protection and the dogs overall protection too. Looks like your doing good! Von
