BREATH RIGHT STRIPS in ears

Can someone please explain to me how we should use the breath right strips in Lilly's ears. She presently has a staph infection and we are kinda leary of taping her ears .... I remember reading somewhere - it may have been on the old board about using breath right strips ... I went to WalMart and got some, now I need to know how to apply those .... are we going to need surgical glue as well???

i always use eyelash clue and clued them in the ears. You can also shave of the little hair in the ears, to make th stripe hold better and i always was letting them in the ears, til the felt of on their own. And i always used the large side and clude two of the stripes over each other, to make them stiffer. Then i put some clue in the ear and some on the stripe waited til its gets kind of tacky, then pressed it in the ear holding on for 2-3 minutes and that was it.And i cute of the little wings on the end what gos on the tip of the ear. here some pic's, that isn't one of my dogs, but thats how i used the stripes, minus the little wings on the ear tip end.

Cathy, I also use Osto Bond - human grade surgical glue and with Lestat they would stay on for 2 weeks at a time!
