I let my two three year olds watch this and one says that doggy is not wearing his bathing suit!!!!! LMAO!!!!

I have also seen this a number of times, and laugh at it every time .... It makes me think of Lilly in a strange way .... she's like that with frisbees .... you have to stop her, otherwise she'd wear herself out running after them ......
