Salmon Treats 1 egg 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 can ~small~ cheap salmon (cheap as it has lots of bones) Garlic powder Mix ingredients together and press into a greased baking dish (8x8). The mixture should be about 1/2" thick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool and cut into tiny squares. The recipe can easily be doubled. Divide one batch into three baggies. Some people have added peanut butter too. Notes: ~ bake longer if mixture does not look solid enough to cut into squares ~ you can buy whole wheat flour by the cup from any bulk food store rather than a 5lb bag. ~ rice or potato could proably be substituted with the whole wheat flour for those with gluten allergies (have not tried this myself) ~ Garlic powder is best sprinkled generously on top of mixture, mix it up and then add more and mix again ~ If you do try rice or potato flour, or even the peanut butter, please let me know how that worked out for you. Thank you Denise for sharing this wonderful recipe!
