I really, really believe that the HSUS BLINKED!!!!!!!!
On February 29, 2012, the Humane Society Legislative Fund
(HSLF)"registered" itself with the House and Senate as a Lobbying
Organization." This is an incriminating admission since it was
founded by Pacelle in 2004 after he became the HSUS President and CEO,
but obviously delayed its "registration" by a mere 7+ years! Further
damning is the fact that the HSUS was previously registered as a
Lobbying Organization in 2005, with Pacelle listed, by name, as a
"Lobbyist." However, apparently the HSUS terminated its Registration,
but never registered the HSLF until February 29th - - -a Potential
"OOOOPS!"
