I want to know if they can train my dog for MY needs! I want a clear explanation how (methods) the dog will be trained. What techniques are involved in training their Methods? I want a Demo Dog showing of their work. With their personal dog being used. Von.

One that can give a variety of references for varying degrees of issues and obedience. Also, what experience they have with working breeds and especially the doberman. THEY are the ones being interviewed for a job and not the other way around, so ask them just about any question you can think of. I do agree with Von that regardless of what venue of training you are looking at, having them demonstrate using their own dog will give you all the information you need to know (or just about )
