You know when we post info like this what I think I get - Each vet twist the rules a little to suit their own needs!!! I went to a vet here locally rather than drive an hour one way for a rabies vaccination and said I wanted the 3 years rabies. He said the first shot could only be for 1 year and then the 3 years thereafter.
So I took her to my vet an hour away and he gave her the 3 year rabies vaccine.

I asked my vet for the 3 year rabies vac and he told me all their rabies vacs were 3 year vacs but they gave them every year....WTH?? |

Yes - it is the same shot!!! Don't tell me vets won't lie for the almighty dollar.
